Joe and Richard were joined by two guests on Saturday, Klaus Reichardt from Waterless Co. and Ryan Selhorn from Signature Analytics.

Klaus Reichardt

Klaus Reichardt grew up in Germany, where he received his baccalaureate degree. He moved to the United States in 1978 and attended Pepperdine University, receiving both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business and management. When he arrived in Southern California, he saw the importance of water management. “Either we (California) have too much when there are floods or, more often, we have too little due to droughts.”

His desire to make a difference led him to start Waterless Co. in 1991. His company, located in Vista, California, has produced waterless urinals for 23 years. The company’s core product—the Waterless No-Flush™ urinal system—works completely without water. Available in a variety of models for both commercial and residential settings, the no-flush systems are manufactured and marketed in the United States and worldwide.

Ryan Selhorn
