Richard Fabes and Carol Martin are professors at the T. Denny Sanford School of Social and Family Dynamics at Arizona State University. The Sanford Harmony program is a research-based project implementing strategies in the classroom to improve how boys and girls think about and treat each other.

Carol Martin’s research focuses on gender development and how children relate to each other. She is one of the Executive Directors (along with Professor Fabes) at the Lives of Boys and Girls Enterprise

Professor Fabes is the Director of the T> Denny Sanford School of Social and Family Dynamics. His research is focused on how kids adjust to school, and his teaching activities teach social development and skills that help children relate to each other.
