Mr. Burnham has chaired nine major non-profit organizations and co-founded fourteen. Among these are the USS Midway Museum and Sanford Consortium for Regenerative Medicine. He is recognized as a philanthropist in San Diego, but he is quick to point out that none of his great accomplishments have been done alone. He believes wholeheartedly in teamwork, collaboration and the power of leadership.
