Image of Class Action LawyerRichard and Joe interviewed Jeffrey Krinsk, co-founder of the national plaintiff’s class action ligation law firm Finkelstein and Krinsk, LLP. Mr. Krinsk obtained his BA from William Smith College and then went onto Boston University of Law to receive his J.D. Shortly after his law career began, he moved to San Diego as a staff attorney with Hang Ten International. Rising quickly in the corporate law industry, his career took him outside of San Diego. However he moved back in the mid-1980s.

Shortly after his return to San Diego, Mr. Krinsk became involved in several large class-action law suits, and still defends consumer rights to this day. In addition to his career goals, Mr. Krinsk has become heavily involved in the community and politics. He is a member of the Democratic National Committee. He and his wife co-sponsored the Scripp’s 2011 Extreme Climate Conference.
