Listen to Podcast of the Show

joel_bioThe show welcomed back Joel Grushkin, the San Diego Regional Director of Cost Segregation Initiatives (CSI) for the third time. Mr. Grushkin has held a position with CSI since May of 2006, but his career in this industry spans all the way back to the early 1970s. It was as a Principal and director of Management Services Practices for Arthur Young and Company, now known as Ernst and Young, in which he first put his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Woodbury University to work.

CSI specializes in cost segregation, which is an IRS sanctioned procedure of re-classifying the improvements and components of commercial buildings in order to increase cash flow and reduce income tax liability.

CSI performs this service for owners of several different types of commercial properties such as medical facilities, shopping centers, hotels, and automotive dealerships. Listen to the podcast through the link below for insight about how to make commercial buildings generate increased net cash flow.
