Allianz Class Action Attorney Howard Finkelstein

Finkelstein, a partner in Finkelstein & Krinsk, LLP which specializes in investor, consumer and employee class actions law suits. Mr. Finkelstein talks about the Allianz class action suit. The suit alleges the Allianz lured 230,000 seniors into buying poorly performing deferred annuities with harsh surrender policies and is in the settlement phase.

In addition, Mr. Finkelstein is the chairman of FACE (Foundation for Animal Care & Education), which provides grants for animal owners who are unable to cover the cost of their pets emergency or critical care. The organization works with over 100 veterinary offices and hospitals that preform the need procedures at cost or sometimes even for free. In addition it holds two annual events to raise funds. The next one is coming up in November at the Lomas Santa Fe Golf Course where dogs will be allowed on the greens as well.

Mr. Finkelstein received his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his law degree from Temple University – James E. Beasley School of Law. He began his career and sense of fair play working to end the corruption that had entered the Philadelphia police force stemming from the top down in the 1970s.
