With her background in education, she has long been an activist in the community and is making her political debut with this run for office. Earlier in the month at a community forum, Ms. Kim presented her plan on how to address the growing crisis in the San Diego Police Department involving retention and recruitment.

Home Town Farms, Daniel Gibbs

Mr. Gibbs has more than 3 decades of experience in business as an entrepreneur, Vice President, CEO, and board member. In addition to this, he has been an advisory member in several of San Diego’s environmental groups, including his current role on San Diego State University Water Conservation Advisory Board. Home Town Farms has an innovative way of approaching the farming industry by bringing farms back into the cities and highly populated areas.
