Located in La Costa, San Diego Premier fitness has been featured in Muscle & Fitness Magazine, The CheatSheat, Prevention Magazine, Men’s Health, The Spartan Race, and the American Council on Exercise. While his studio is located in San Diego, CA he has worked with individuals from all over the country to help them get into the best shapes of their lives.

    As a former All-American track athlete at the University of Connecticut, Mike has always strived to be the best. He achieved a Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Florida and continues to stay on top of the latest health and fitness research. Mike is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as a certified personal trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. He has expanded his specialties and is also Functional Movement Screen certified to help identify and improve movement dysfunctions and keep you injury free. He is also Certified Functional Strength Coach and Spartan SGX Coach.

    Mike has worked with hundreds of clients and showed them the path to a new life. He has shown that we are not stuck with a certain body. With the right program and nutrition, anyone can be in great and healthy shape.

LogoOn top of working with clients to reach fitness goals, Mike also is the Education Director with Exercise Etc., an educational based company helping personal trainers, athletic trainers, and physical therapist from around the country improve their skills. Also, Mike is an adjunct professor at Miramar Community College.

    Mike graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Kinesiology and received his M.S. Exercise Science from the University of Florida.
